DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic Hotel & Spa

Pros: Room was spacious, and facilities were impressive. Beautiful hotel lobby and bar. The staff were all very friendly.

Cons: The only slight drawback I can say is that wifi connection was slightly weak at times.

Excellent and will look forward to revisiting

Pros: Our room was exceptional and Muraj on reception was brilliant she is a credit to the hotel.

Nice but expensive

Pros: The hotel is nice but a little pricey for what it is. Best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel but at an extra cost.

Cons: Shower and bathroom was a little grubby with hairs in the bath.

Had a really nice stay and would definitely book again.

Pros: Exceptional staff, at reception, during breakfast and at spa.

Cons: Cold pool. Poor digital service so tv didn’t work, same with wi-fi.

Pros: The hotel is stunning staff were great, the reception staff booked breakfast for us which was very helpful

Cons: Getting ro breakfast to find they hasn't actually booked it for us, made us feel very embarrassed we ended up leaving

Lovely location and lovely hotel

Pros: The location, the friendly staff and size of rooms

Cons: Only one little thing, the bin had a nappy in on arrival and we had no milk but this was quickly rectified

Pros: Spacious room, clean, great location and lovely spa facilities

Fab stay and very good value!

Pros: Breakfast was fab and staff were attentive and helpful. Selection of food on offer was very good. Had to wait a bit on second day but can’t be helped!

Cons: I think having to pay for parking was a bit much. Only 1 lift was working on we were there, wasn’t feeling well during stay so found the stairs a bit of a challenge.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel would go again

Pros: We loved the hotel was prestige room was lovely and big

Cons: Could have brighter lights and the plug points to work more feel like the jacuzzi was lovely but needs to be cleaned properly

Really nice apart from a few moody staff.

Pros: The location and hotel were lovely, breakfast was great too.

Cons: I tripped up over a hoover wire and the cleaner was very rude about it. Very dangerous to have wires on the stairs and in the foyer. Took the shine off our trip a little .
