An excellent family home in the heart of Settle.

Pros: Beautiful property, fitted out with period features as well as modern kitchen and bathrooms. Nice and warm central heating, with comfortable beds, and sofas in the lounge.

Cons: Access to the garden was accross a shared drive, so we had to be careful when letting the dogs out.

A fantastic stay in a beautiful period house

Pros: Beautiful town house, lovely furniture, open fire, great location for Settle. Brilliant!

Cons: What I didn't like is there is no lights to light the property name so you can't see which one it is - nor do the instructions say you have to enter from the back of the property. Parking is a bit tricky! That was the only issue with a fantastic house

Spacious beautiful house to stay

Pros: Beautiful house, lovely garden space, parking for couple of cars at the back of the property but if you have more cars there is asda car park in the little town which is also lovely. Good location for exploring, hiking in Yorkshire Dales. The house was clean and welcoming.

Cons: Some of the bedrooms’ windows couldn’t open so it got quite stuffy and hot during the night which I presume is not an issue in winter but it was quite hot weekend.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, great for Yorkshire 3 peaks

Pros: The house was in a perfect location. Could very easily walk in to Settle which is a lovely little town. House was very comfortable. There was enough space for everyone. We were doing the Yorkshire 3 peaks and the house was 12 minutes from Horton in Ribblesdale which was perfect. The sofas are very comfortable which was great as we were in a bit of pain after the walk! Overall, a fantastic stay. We wished we had stayed for longer! We will definitely be back.

Cons: Only criticism, fridge is on the small side but we managed, and the kitchen could do with a new cheese grater. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great location and very comfortable house.

Pros: The location was great, and the furnishings were lovely. The kitchen was well supplied with all necessary items etc.

Cons: The house needs a thorough cleaning. the freezer needs to be defrosted. Only one drawer was available for use. There is a terrible musty smell in the laundry area. Very unpleasant. It's not the washing machine. And the oven needs to be cleaned, especially the door.
