Good value stay

Pros: Compact but fully functional cottage style accommodation in a terraced street, nice walk into town if you walk along the river, not as nice if you walk by road.

The house suited our needs perfectly and we had an excellent stay.

Pros: Location was great . A quiet residential area and just a 20 minute stroll in to the city centre and rail station

Pros: Lovely break in a convenient location. Great facilities and bed. Compact and beju, very glad we found.

Cons: The shower needs to be a little warmer.

Pros: Beautiful home. Clean tidy and all the facilties you need. Quiet area no issues with parking. Close to city. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

Lovely house for a couple

Pros: Location was very central and the house was nicely decorated and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and it was lovely to be able to eat breakfast outside in the garden. Perfect size for a couple's holiday. Older reviews mentioned the lack of smart TV but the house did indeed have one when we visited.

Cons: The duvet on the bed was too warm for the season, could have done with a thinner one for summer as it was 30c when we visited. There were no instructions on how to work the dishwasher so we were unable to use it. There were no pods for the coffee machine, but there were instant coffee sachets.

Pros: The house was clean and the location was very good

Cons: It was very cold, the under floor heating did not seem to work

Pros: Very well furnished and decorated, was a very cosy stay. Good location not too far from town. Very comfy bed

Cons: A smart TV the would make a big difference here. You have a washing machine and a coffee pod machine so a couple of washing tabs/coffee pods would make these usable. Also the shower didn’t go very hot? Dishwasher handle falls off ever time you try to open the door. Overall very happy with stay though
