Perfect dog friendly hotel in the centre of Ilkley.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful manager, beautiful clean dog friendly room, perfect central location, free parking, excellent breakfast. Thank you.

Very clean and comfortable

Pros: Room (Illingworth) was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The manager was very friendly. Less than perfect score given because of a seemingly disinterested member of staff who was serving at the evening meal.

Cons: Issue over none alcoholic cider which was served without pointing out it was a fruit cider. An alternative drink was not offered.

Excellent comfort, lovely staff.

Pros: A lovely and very comfortable room, quite a large space compared to many, and a huge bathroom! Very quiet despite roadside location, nothing too much trouble for the excellent staff.

Cons: Evening meal of the mixed grill was mostly overdone.

Lovely Yorkshire welcome.

Pros: Right in the middle of town. Friendly welcoming staff. Very comfy bed with two types of pillow. Spacious, quiet room - despite being on the front of the property overlooking the main road. Wasn’t aware of any noise from the pub downstairs after 10pm. Hot breakfast was cooked to order and excellent.

Cons: Can’t think of anything.
