Dalesgate Hotel - Self Check In

Pros: Easy parking . excellent breakfast plenty of choice. Comfortable bed, very quiet.

Cons: Decor dated could do with a refurbishment.

Pros: Location for Keighley is good on bus route. Checking in straightforward Parking fine

Cons: A bit late me a rabbit warren but easy once used to it.

Pros: Easy check on with code for the door and no issues. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and friendly staff.

Pros: The room was very clean and I could adjust the temperature according to my. preference. I had an excellent breakfast served by a lovely lady.

Pros: Great rooms, lovely girl serving breakfast, super quick in answering queries and requests for room numbers been staying her quite a bit over the past fees weens, nursing a poorly relative

Pros: Breakfast was excellent such choice and qauntity and the service really good Beds comfy and tidy room Good TV Lovely clean bathroom Beautiful white towels in the rooms Good information provided on how to get into when the reception area when it was closed for the evening Good nearby bus stops to take you into Keighley and areas Could not hear traffic despite being so close to the main road

Cons: Was cold upon entering the building in the evening through the back door area were there was no heating on which had a negative reaction There was a window open in the bedroom so it was really cold in the room and took a while for the room to heat up Skirting boards in areas could have done with a good clean both bedroom and bathroom Felt very cold when we went down to the dining room for breakfast in the morning Would have been nice to have had some background music on low We went in around to the car park as it was 7pm in the evening and pitch black , the stairs down to the back area were the car park was were quite steep with no lighting near the stone steps felt that area could have done with some sensor lights to avoid people slipping and seeing properly especially when carrying luggage. I am.almost 70 so I struggled down the steps and it had been raining so was very wary of slipping , carrying luggage and trying to see in a dim light Never used the kettle as we would have only had the bathroom sink to take the cold water from as the kettle was empty upon arrival ( would never use the water to fill up a kettle from a bathroom )

A very nice stay

Pros: The bed was super comfortable. Lots of parking and easy and secure check in

Cons: Unfortunately the kitchen had an issue with the gas hob meaning there was a more limited breakfast choice. But the staff member was very apologetic and kind

Pros: Stayed here twice this year 2025 Excellent Breakfast both times very caring every morning. Nice pub nearby . Excellent bus service outside Hotel with destinations to Keighley,Skipton,Ilkley and beyond .
