hospitality at its very best with fantastic options

Pros: We used to own a 150 cover restaurant so we do know a little about hospitality. My husband and I talked about our experience and we noted that it was a true hospitality experience. Great knowledge from staff, Richard great recommendations, excellent food in the restaurant. Understood my ceoliac requirements with no fuss at all. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back.

Pros: Loved the Vip dressing gown provided for 8 year old granddaughter, would have bought it for her if that was possible. Also we loved the swimming pool.

Cons: It would have been nice if there was a bar where you could watch sports events on a television.

Excellent hotel for a short family break

Pros: Excellent hotel, ideal location to explore the surrounding area, the staff was very attentive and polite, the food (breakfast, dinner and afternoon tea) was really nice, the spa area, although compact in size, had anything someone could need for a short relaxing break

Nice place to stay and hide away from the winter blues.

A real gem

Pros: Well situated, with excellent staff and outstanding food. Hotel had an individual feel rather than ‘just part of a chain’ lots of nice touches, like water to take out each day.

Cons: The lighting in the lounge and our room was very dim which meant we had to use our phone torches to read!
