Lovely staff and clean hotel

Pros: The staff were amazing, especially Natasha. When she realised I was afraid of lifts, she went above and beyond to move my room to the second floor, which I was very grateful. Me and my daughter had a pleasant stay

Pros: Very impressed with the standard for a budget hotel. Clean and quiet rooms, pleasant staff and an excellent breakfast - good choice and well presented. Easy parking in the council pay and display across the road.

Felt like home!

Pros: The receptionists are so kind, they let me do an early check-in on a Saturday which is quite busy and always has been helpful. The coffee in the room with tea bags is extra meanwhile the room temperature is perfect and can adjusted manually. The housekeeping does a good job every single day. Kudos to all the stuff. Will definitely come again

Cons: Nothing much but some items were missing like toilet brush and plastic bags for the bins but everything was perfect and well

Pros: Hotel was clean tidy good value for money staff friendly and efficient car park just across from hotel parked car up for 20 hours for £9 any longer probably need extra ticket would stay again

Cons: Nothing really except walk into town bit longer than we thought but got a taxi back to hotel after a night out price less than £10 not too bad can't comment on breakfast didn't have one this time
