Clean, convenient, comfortable and good value

Pros: Fabulous location Quite rooms despite proximity to train station and city night life Really friendly and helpful staff Clean and modern Good room facilities

Cons: Shower feeding off bath taps not great - would expect a proper shower now it's 2025! Breakfast was disappointing - pre packed pastries / croissants and cheap sliced bread let the offer down

Exceptional value for money

Pros: Room was clean and tidy, shower hot, heating excellent. We got rained on throughout the trip yet could dry off and sleep comfortably. Staff at the door gave great directions to get us to our room and were polite.

Cons: Toilet and sink smelt a bit at first but issue disappeared by morning.

Close to Railway Station.

Pros: EXCELLENT Proximity to Leeds Railway Station. As there is work ongoing outside the station, walk towards Queens Hotel adjacent to Station. Then cross the road and backtrack towards Discovery Inn on opposite side of road around the sectioned off area. Still very close . Good value. Very helpful and friendly staff .

Cons: My room was at the rear of hotel so the view from window was not great but fine for a couple of nights .

Pros: Location was great, staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and had all basic necessities, especially the towels which were great.

Cons: the room good have been a bit warmer, early morning noise from main street due to deliveries to pubs nearby, however understandable that this needs to be done.

Pros: Friendly staff. Convenient location. Clean, comfortable room. Have stayed here on 3 other occasions.

Cons: Due to the layout of the building it was a bit of a walk to the room. Not a problem if you are mobile, but worth alerting the staff when booking if you struggle to walk or climb stairs.
