Nice but disappointing

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Loved the shower and toiletries.

Cons: Room was not ready at the 3pm check in time and had to wait half an hour. There was a business event on and the staff were overwhelmed. Not the experience we expected.

Wonderful hotel, shame about the small rooms.

Pros: Great location, the hotel has been recently refurbished and the communal areas and our room were very well appointed. Friendly staff and a great breakfast, served until 11am at the weekends.

Cons: The room was far smaller than depicted in images online - we could see we were assigned one of the smallest rooms. Would have been fine for one night, but wasn't ideal as we were staying longer. Slow check-in.

Just unparalleled luxury and such value for money

Pros: This hotel is exceptional .i loved everything about it as did all in our party. It is so central beside the shops and restaurants and bars in Leeds centre. The train station is a minutes walk away. The staff at reception were so friendly and welcoming . The decor and the rooms were so on trend , luxurious and comfortable . Lovely touches like chocolate nuts and crisps and fresh milk for tea and coffee were in the room and replenished each day. The breakfast was gorgeous and so fresh and lots of choice. I will definitely stay here when I return to Leeds.

Cons: I loved it all

Great location and clean quiet stay

Pros: Clean room, lovely decor. Staff very helpful, able to store bags at hotel before our check in time. Comfy bed, quiet night. Great location

Cons: Only 1 lift (but wasn't too busy to wait long). Some items were not topped up at breakfast e.g pastries, coffee cups. Double bed was singles pushed together, crack down the middle.

We had a wonderful stay in this stunning hotel, can't wait to return.

Pros: The hotel exceeded our expectations. The decor is beautiful and it was spotless throughout. The staff were very friendly and went over and above to give us the best service. Breakfast was quite basic but good.

Cons: Nothing not to like. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back.
