Very convenient, clean, staff was amazing

Pros: To locate the apartment was really easy and when we struggled to get in Mohammed was a phone call away for anything we needed. Have booked before and would definitely book again

Pros: I stay here everytime I visit Bradford. Modern, clean apartment in a perfect location. Staff (Mohammed) is very helpful. Easy check in and out. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

Pros: We were told our stay was going to have to be cancelled due to an electrical issue with the accommodation. The staff were very open and honest, were helpful with other solution options and were extremely quick to fully refund us. I can’t comment on the actual accommodation itself since we weren’t able to stay however I’d book again in future purely judging on the staff and how they dealt with the matter.

Pros: I had a great stay at The Spire Apartments in Bradford. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect, close to the city centre, transport links, and shops, yet quiet and peaceful.

Pros: The staff were amazing and very accommodating, they didn’t fail in making sure I had a peaceful and comforting stay. The place was absolutely spotless felt like home. Will deffoes be staying here again

Pros: The guy on reception Nick,was lovely. Very professional and extremely helpful. He even took a Deliveroo order and looked after my case when I needed to get some shopping after checkout!

Cons: The toilet seat was loose.

Pros: The apartment has a very convenient location – close to the historic city centre, public transport, and grocery stores. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, understanding, and always willing to assist. They provided useful information both about the city and day-to-day matters. The apartment layout is excellent – well thought out design and plenty of space for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking. However, plates, mugs, glasses, and cutlery were missing on arrival and had to be requested separately. It’s important to specify the quantity needed when asking, as these items are not provided by default. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, but toilet paper also had to be requested.

Cons: Not all rooms have wardrobes or a place to hang clothes, which can be inconvenient for stays longer than two days. It would be wonderful if basic hand soap was available on site – people usually bring their own shower gel and shampoo, but don’t think to pack hand soap. A small suggestion to housekeeping: it would be great to occasionally vacuum under the beds and behind the doors, as these spots can easily be missed.
