Pros: Perfect position, very close to the Minster. A very well provisioned kitchen We were a party of 5, two of which have mobility issues. We all loved our stay

Cons: The internal staircase from the bedroom floor to the lounge/ diner was a surprise

Brilliant apartment brilliant location and fantastic value for money

Pros: Location, view, facilities all 10/10, couldn’t fault anything. 5mins stroll in centre with few pubs in way, very little noise at night. Stunning views of minster. Apartment spotless, everything we needed. Bathrooms immaculate. Beds so comfortable It was a shame to get up in the morning.

Cons: Nothing, absolutely nothing, there are not even any constructive criticisms to add.

Recent stay at the Quadrant

Pros: Loved the location within sight of the minster and so close to historic attractions. Fabulous bedrooms and bathrooms and a lovely open plan sitting/ dining and kitchen area...great for us to sit and chill. Highly recommended.

Cons: No coffee pods for the coffee machine😕

Perfect apartment in a perfect location.

Pros: This apartment was excellent throughout. It is perfectly located to explore York and has views and balconies to enjoy them. It is really well appointed and equipped and includes parking. Access is easy and the area is lively, but does not disturb and feels safe. Highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing. The key to the bin cupboard didn't work - but we were not expected to put it out anyway.

Perfect accommodation for a lovely family weekend.

Pros: Perfect location for exploring the city. Free car parking (providing you arrive early as it is a public car park). Well equipped and comfortable. Lovely to see (and hear) York Minster

Great location just a short walk to the Minster and shops.

Pros: The balconies were great as the weather was lovely. Three bedrooms and large landing perfect size for three couples all trying to get ready for the evening out.

Cons: Stairs rather steep.

Had a fab time time and would definitely come back again and recommend this apart to friends and family

Pros: It was Modern and decorated beautifully with lovely colour scheme throughout and the balcony was a lovely space to sit out and have breakfast

Cons: We had a room to host a groups of six ie 3bedrooms I would e have liked a sizeable mirror in my bedroom instead of a little square one in the shelf
