Wonderfully comfortable apartment is a lovely part of York a few minutes walk from the Shambles

Pros: Great apartmnent for a stay in York. In a lovley old building in a historic part of York. Parking was a real bonus. Everything was very comfortable and clean. THe host was welcoming and helpful.

Cons: THere were no instructions for things so it did take a while to work out how some things worked. A welcome info pack or folder would be beneficial to guests.

We had a lovely time and would be happy to stay again!

Pros: We liked the location,we came to York to do a mystery tour ,which was very close to our location we ate several pubs and the local Indian restaurant was great.our host was helpful and responded promptly,

Cons: The radiator down in the bathroom needs replacing as it doesn't look good cosmetically a mat for the wet room floor would be good 😊

Pros: The communication was excellent and on time and I knew exactly how to access the property. The property was in a fantastic location for Yorks attractions, shopping and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the property was luxurious in the main.

Cons: There were only three mugs when making hot drinks which wasn’t ideal when we had four people staying. We also found that the water in both bathrooms wasn’t very hot. The property was very well decorated but the towel rail in the basement bathroom was in a very poor state of repair, I certainly wouldn’t have wanted to put a towel on it.
