I highly recommend! Comfortable, cozy and clean apartment.

Pros: Everything about our stay was impeccable! Easy check-in, secure parking. The apartment is extremely comfortable, the customer service extremely friendly and helpful! Five stars!!!

Cons: Only 1 key, kids had to lock us in when they went to the pub. Because we’re old & boring!!!

Perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway or visit to York.

Pros: The way the house was setup was very nice. Felt like home away from home. The option to park the car at the property was good, however would have loved it, if it were free as it was a private car park.

Cons: The water pressure in the showers.

Pros: Very spacious and comfortable apartment in an excellent location walking distance from all York attractions. Staff were amazingly helpful and easy to contact when there was confusion opening the car park gate. Facilities were great with everything we needed and lovely to have a variety of refreshments available when we arrived. Thankyou

A wonderful, stylish base for a perfect stay in York.

Pros: We loved how spacious, clean, and stylish the apartment was. The furnishings were high-quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It felt more like a luxury home than a rental, and the location made everything in York easy to reach.

Cons: The parking situation was a little tight, but it didn’t detract from an otherwise excellent stay.

Excellent accommodation

Pros: Excellent accommodation. Everything you could need was available. Very spacious apartment and only 15 mins to York centre. Garage space is an added bonus. Would highly recommend..

Apart from the key fiasco we had a fantastic stay.

Pros: Beautiful clean apartment within walking distance of the cathedral and city centre. Very well equipped and comfortable and it is our second year of staying. Hopefully it will be available next year for another visit.

Cons: I was asked to go to the hotel to collect the keys so it would be quicker. Having walked to the hotel they didn't have the keys as the cleaner hadn't returned them. I was told to walk to the property and the receptionist from the hotel would meet me. No one was there when I arrived and then a different man turned up with the keys. He didn't know how to access the parking and then left without taking the cash for the parking. We didn't want to leave cash in the apartment or post box and so walked back to the hotel to pay for the parking. It bit annoying especially as it was so hot.
