Pros: Free parking is good as hard to find in york, easy to walk into the city centre, comfortable warm accommodation, well equipped for a few nights break
Cons: Nothing to dislike, we couldn't get heated towel rail to work and also couple of bulbs not working in the bathroom, other than that all ok

Great stay great location comfy extra large bed
Pros: Location was great, overall the apartment was clean and modern, good wifi and parking was great and easy. Smart tv was handy. lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great size bed and very comfortable.
Cons: Couple of basics such as hand wash for using after the loo, a dish cloth so you can clean up after yourself and a blind for privacy in the kitchen would make this perfect. Having said that I would stay here again it’s just useful to know this ahead.

Nice place which is great for exploring York
Pros: It was lovely and clean. Perfect distance from everything. The beds were fantastic, nice and comfy and I loved the little kitchen that had everything available for us to make food.
Cons: It was advertised as having streaming services but there were non. The Netflix button on the remote did nothing & you had to sign up to Roku TV to connect the TV to WiFi so couldn't cast anything either. There were also builders there for the first 4 days so it wasn't very quiet & private. The cleaners also arrived a day too early & walked in on us.

A nice quiet place for couples (or small families)
Pros: Easy to collect the keys. They also allowed us to check in earlier than expected. The place is located in a quiet neighbourhood, in a private and isolated yard, with great buses to city centre. We met the owner, who was very nice and kind to our kids. The managing company is very responsive - we had some issues with the keys and they immediately responded and tried to take care of it. The landlady also came to check on us. They have Disney+, which is nice to have in the evenings. The shower had good water pressure, and the towels and beds were great.
Cons: The shower window doesn't have any curtains, and it faces the scaffolding, so it doesn't feel very private. The sun is very bright in the morning, and the bedroom curtains didn't manage to block it. The room was very lit at 4 am. The door was problematic. They replaced the lock the next day, but the problem wasn't with the lock; it was with the door itself, and we didn't manage to lock it. Luckily, the appt is in a private yard that could be locked, so we did feel safe enough. There were constructions on site that we weren't aware of. We weren't bothered by them and didn't see any workers, but it was stressful to go in and see all the scaffolding.
