Modern & Cozy Gem - 10min to City Center - Parking

Our stay was comfortable, easy, clean and generally a positive experience.

Pros: We had a very comfortable stay! It was exactly what we required for a few nights stay near central York and parking. The place was very clean and smelt great.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like. If I’m being super picky, there was an oven we were hoping to use, however no dishes to utilise within the oven.

Definitely will come back if we have the chance!

Pros: The room was very nice and cozy. You also have a tiny kitchen with all the stuff you need for a short trip. Everything was so clean and tidy, we had a lovely stay at this place, 100% recommended!

Cons: The property is a bit far from the city like 40 minutes away, but it wasn't actually an inconvenience as it is a bus station 5 minutes away from the place.

Pros: Was so convenient only being 10 mins away from the city centre! Property was very comfortable and clean! The area was also very quiet so no disturbance at anytime! Would highly recommend for anyone

Pros: Didn't see any staff/owners so can't comment on that (not a negative!), surrounding area was really quiet and relaxing. The studio itself was cute and cozy, it was warm and felt a lot nicer than hotels we've stayed at. It was a lovely walk to the city centre and taxis also found it with ease. Bonus, we just got back from Disneyland Paris for our honeymoon and the studio had a Disney blind! Made my day haha.

Pros: It’s perfect for people who are looking for a comfortable stay. It was clean, spacious and the facilities were great.

Cons: It was lovely, attached to a separate house which was quite close for comfort, but perfect for those looking for a quiet night.

Brilliant, cosy, accommodation, perfect for a short stay.

Pros: Lovely maisonette with separate kitchen, perfect for a few nights stay. Nice, quiet residential area with on street parking. The bus stop to York centre is a short walk away. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to Visit York for a few days.

Cons: This is purely a suggestion and not a negative comment. I would advise maybe leaving a small map to the nearest bus stop into York Centre int eh accommodation. This is because I used Google maps and it took me to a Bus stop about 10 minutes walk away when there is a bus stop much closer which I found out about on my last night. However, in hindsight I could have asked the host about transport.

Beautiful place, lovely to stay in, good quality bed and facilities provided.

Little gem

Pros: It's an ideal location for me, due to the trip being work related, the photos give an accurate picture of the apartment. The bed is always clean and comfy. Shower is lovely and hot and easy to maintain a temperature,, as it's straight from the boiler not electric. Parking can be tricky as it's a residential street. Those who live in the house adjoining can only really be heard going up & down the stairs. Its very quiet over night, always sleep well. Host is very accommodating.. Highly recommended.

Pros: Location easy walk into york (35 min) or bus from top of the estate. Bed comfortable and very clean

Cons: Street parking was not outside property but a neighbour's. No shelving in bathroom not even for toothbrushes There was shelves in the photos and different flooring in the advertisement
