Beautiful property, very comfortable, good value

Pros: Everything but short 1 bathroom. The property is lovely and has EVERYTHING you could need. Even fresh milk in the fridge and tea/hot chocolate. We THOROUGHLY enjoyed staying here for our family get together. Would book agin a heartbeat. Definitely will look to book with homestaysyork for our next visit. Thank you

Fabulous - would stay again

Pros: The house was fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay, fully stocked with everything you’d need as a family. 15 minute stroll into the city centre. Would stay again.

Cons: The parking permit wasn’t available, but York Stays contacted us beforehand to warn and give us clear details of alternatives. Not a big issue at all

Thoroughly enjoyable. York is a very pleasant city for a family getaway.

Pros: Property was clean and well presented. The location is very quiet and was an easy walking distance to the city centre and all attractions even for small children.

Cons: We couldn’t’t fault it at all.

Pros: Nos gusto todo en general, es una casa muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario y a 20 minutos andando del centro.

Cons: El sistema de calefacción no sabia usarlo y me costo saber donde estaba para aclimatar la casa a nuestro horario.

Wonderful home from home stay and perfect for families!

Pros: We loved the “home from home” vibe of this house, Beds were super comfortable, decor was just beautiful and it was very well equipped and maintained! Thanks for the extra supplies eg tea, washing powder, cleaning essentials, shower essentials and towels: we will definitely recommend and will definitely stay again the next time we are in York!
