Great location (15 min walk from York centre) and very comfortable.

Pros: It was really clean and comfortable. Good location with a 15 minute walk to the centre. Good comfy beds. Instructions to get in were extremely clear.

Cons: No complaints - but recommend you take your own tea and coffee.

Lovely apartment for entertaining close to York centre

Pros: Lovely kitchen living area really spacious 2 ensuite bathrooms downstairs with seperate toilet and a bathroom upstairs was fab for getting ready

Lovely place

Pros: Liked the space. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids.

Cons: Not a complaint just an observation. Lack of TV or radio in kitchen. Our kids slept in the living room so we used kitchen and just put music on our phones.

York stunning apartment

Pros: Well i rarely write reviews I must say an outstanding property and lovely straightforward owners no messing about defo stay again .

Pros: We had a wonderful stay for few days, very relaxing & chilled, fantastic place.

Great property in an excellent location.

Pros: Great location - with only a ten minute walk to the centre. Well organised off road car park. Pre arrival information was excellent. Dogs really welcome which was excellent. Spacious, clean and modern with TV’s in each room. Overall - great for us.

Cons: Quite noisy from the floor above at times.

Our family of 6 loved every minute of our break away.

Pros: I loved how clean and spacious it was, the location was great as it only took us around 10-20 mins walk to everything we did. Apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, rooms were all a good size. We were really impressed and would definitely stay again.

Cons: We dont have anything that we didnt like about the place.

A great apartment not too far from the city centre...

Pros: Very spacious and very well appointed apartment. It was just what we were looking for during our short stay. Very good and thought-through set up to the whole establishment. Modern and clean throughout.

Cons: Lack of flexibility in check in and check out times. Lighting: main lights were very white (cool white) throughout, and lamps and secondary lighting wasn't substantial enough.

Pros: Very dog friendly, there was a bowl, bed and biscuits waiting for him! Excellent location! Modern apartment, had everything that we needed!

Lovely modern, comfortable and cosy accommodation on the outskirts of York Centre

Pros: The beds were really comfortable and it felt like home with plenty of space for all 6 of us to sit infront of the tv and sit around the table, our dog Tobi also had a dog bed, bowl and treats which was a lovely touch! Very modern apartment with plenty of space and in a great location just outside the centre (25-30 min walk). The hosts were great and gave plenty of information for check out and were available during the day for any questions if needed which is great, would definitely return!

Cons: The facilities could be improved on as there were no wardrobes or drawers, just 4 hangers on hooks on the wall and 4 cubes for shoes so would prefer to have extra storage especially if your planning on staying for longer than a few nights. There also wasn’t enough toilet roll for 6 people and nowhere to put the hand towel in the en-suite toilet. We also paid for charging of our car on their car park but wasn’t informed beforehand that it’s a 3 pin plug charger which we didn’t have for our car so we paid extra for the charge that we didn’t end up using as this information wasn’t available beforehand. Check in is at 3pm but we wanted to come earlier to walk around however we weren’t able to park anywhere in York as it was busy and we would’ve parked and left the car, leaving our bags in the car and checking in at 3pm if that was an option so maybe suggest to future guests if that’s a possibility and it would be perfect!
