We only spent 1 night here, but had a great sleep, lovely breakfast and Philip and Adele have created a wonderful venue

Pros: Very characterful, lovely comfy bed, clean linens, and bonus of no plumbing noises! The breakfast was great 👍🏻

Cons: Room 3 was at the rear so some cobblestone road noise- earplug sorted that( I do have exceptional hearing) and a light over the bathroom mirror would be a bonus. Shower control took a bit of getting used to.

What a magical place

Pros: We loved every second of it. Such a beautiful place, Phil and Adele are very polite and helpful. Also Phil is an amazing chef. Staying in this place feels like time travelling back to 1800’s. Amazing location, beautiful views, very quite and peaceful, cosy atmosphere, great breakfast! Couldn’t be happier ! We’ll definitely be coming back ❤️

Pros: Always an excellent place to stay, Adele and Phil are always welcoming and the hotel is everything you need to make a stay enjoyable, clean, bright, quiet and Phil cooks a mean breakfast.

Pros: Great hosts and a lovely place to stay. The bed was comfy, shower was brilliant and the breakfast was top notch! We’d definitely return if we were staying in the area again.

A wonderful hotel with the prefect hosts

Pros: A beautiful, welcoming house - wonderfully decorated, spotlessly clean and as comfortable as can be. Hosts Adele and Phil could not have been more friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous and breakfast was fabulous (and so cheap!). We had a wonderful stay and would recommend Shibden Hall View to anyone. Lovely!

A super find on booking.com, excellent hosts and an overall great stay.

Pros: A fantastic alternative to the premier inn type hotel rooms and only a slight increase in price. Very good value for money, fantastic room and amenities, would highly recommend.
