The Quadrant - The Ruskin Suite

Pros: The location is great, you are just about a 10 minute walk to the Minster and the city centre. There are quite a few good bars and restaurants in the area, and a couple of supermarkets nearby. Although the apartment is centrally located it was very quiet. The apartment was very clean and well appointed.

Beautiful home, well equipped, beautiful decoration, comfortable bed, extremely clean.

Pros: Beautiful home, well equipped, beautiful decoration, comfortable bed, extremely clean, easy to locate and good parking. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Pros: Fantastic hosts, great location to the city centre, well equipped in general, modern and clean. Easy to find and having the parking permit was a real bonus to our stay to have, parking was no Issue for us and felt car was safe where parked. Host was great in extending our permit for a few hours on day of departure, to allow us to explore more of York before we went home, very accommodating. Have already recommended to friends and family and hope to return ourselves in the near future for more stays.

Cons: Better hoover to be provided.

Pros: Helpful and quick response from staff when we had issues. Great view of the top of York minster which was a nice surprise. Quiet apartment with a great location in the city centre.

Fabulous love York would stay here again.

Pros: Loved the fantastic Location great ammenities at the apartment 😊 enjoyed everything .

Superb accommodation in the perfect location for historic York

Pros: What a lovely accommodation in an awesome location. Parking was simplicity itself and the view of the Minster from the balcony and bedroom was lovely.

Perfect location, apartment was lovely and would recommend to others.

Pros: Not sure if bathroom fan was working properly as when getting out the shower and opening the bathroom door it set the fire alarm off which give us a jump, it only lasted 5 seconds before going off but we had to be a little careful using the shower the rest of the trip as we didn’t want to disturb the building / other residents. The fan was switched on the full time and did seem to be sucking but not sure if it was enough for the shower head as it does give off alot of steam when on hot. The apartment had absolutely everything but we had some difficulties getting the hobs to work, we did the follow the instruction guide but the hobs themselves didn’t seem to be turning on. Living room sliding door handle is coming off if not pulled on lightly. Other than the above which we found were very minor inconveniences the stay was perfect and we had a great time, hosts had great communication the full time too.

Fabulous festive break to York, in a home from home 👏
