Pros: I love this property, have stayed before also. It’s clean and comfortable with a lovely vibe. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and the proximity to the train station and city centre is fantastic. The breakfast provided is really good too.

Cons: There isn’t anything not to like.

Pros: The breakfast was lovely, as was the room itself. The bed was very comfy as well I haven't fallen asleep that quickly in a long time. Staff were very friendly as well. Couldn't fault my stay here whatsoever

Lovely relaxing break. Thank you.

Pros: Good location. Friendly staff Quiet location Homely Lovely breakfast Everything I needed in room

Cons: Just low powered shower. Not really a problem though!

Pros: The staff I met were both very friendly and helpful.especially while I was staying, there was a mistaken talk of railways being cancelled, and I didn't know what to do. They were sympathetic and gave me idias they could think of, and it made me feel calmed . The breakfast was perfect and felt like being in a nice home. Though the shower was a bit weak, hot water came out alright. The location was very convenient, within 10minutes walk from the York station.
