Pros: The location is great and really helped to have parking pre arranged. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good although to enhance the experience it would have been nice to offer pastries. The staff we came accross were friendly and helpful.

Cons: We stayed in The Bars room The pillows were not particularly comfortable, lumpy or flat. The panel behind the bed was grubby. The bed linen was well worn (grey looking) and didnt smell very fresh To enhance the experience it would have been nice to have a few small packets of biscuits to have with our coffee when we arrived after a long drive The towels were very small

Pros: Communication from the guest house from time of booking to check out was brilliant. Great location and a short walk into the city centre

Cons: Room seemed a little dated. The house could probably do with a bit of modernising but didn't really affect anything given the amount of time we spent in the room. We could hear everything through the walls from other rooms and bed wasn't at all comfy
