Fabulous location in a property full of rustic charm

Pros: Location is amazing with beautiful scenery. Great broadband speed.

Cons: Almost non-existent TV signal probably due to the weather, but the high-speed WiFi enabled streaming.

Serenity and adventure, you can find at wateside.

Pros: Superb location, in great condition, clean and convenient, cozy, the water fall just next door, its the centre point of a fantastic circular walk around the area.

Cons: Some board games would be a bonus (there were none), the mattress was a little too soft, kitchen could do with an update (the cooker didn’t seem to fit properly). I know Yorkshire folk are tall 😊 could do with the bathroom mirror a little lower, also maybe a fireplace would be a heavenly addition.

A comfortable flat in a superb location

Pros: The setting of the flat is fantastic with plenty of walking in the local area.

Cons: Nothing... all good

Ideal base for exploring The Dales, with all you need for a comfortable stay.

Pros: Location was great and the facilities in the apartment were comfortable and all that we needed as a base to explore The Dales. Prior to arriving we were a little concerned by some reviews that referred to moisture on the walls. To be honest, having stayed here for a full week, I can say we did not experience any problems with damp, despite some heavy rain during our stay. However, we did open the window vents which we found were all closed, and also left the bathroom and bedroom windows open slightly during the day to allow ventilation.

Would definitely stay here again, owner was very friendly and communicative.

Pros: Its position on the river and location in a beautiful no through village. Property was clean and had everything needed. Comfy sofa and bed. Shower that works well, option of bath.

Cons: Very slight niggle that tv signal was a bit iffy, but not a big problem, plenty of dvd’s to watch.

Pros: A wonderful peaceful location, falling asleep to the sounds of the waterfall, beautiful apartment and attentive caring host. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Pros: Great location in a lovely village and a fantastic waterfall. Accommodation was clean and spacious and we had a great week there

Pros: very spacious and well equipped apartment just next to a waterfall. The apartment certainly exceeded my expectations.

Pros: Location superb, lovely views. Comfortable and well-appointed. Instant hot water (very hot!)

Cons: Nothing! Well if I was going to nitpick, the duvet was a little heavy for the time of year.

Appartement confortable et bien situé.

Pros: Bel appartement confortable et calme. Le cadre et le village sont superbes. Les promenades et balades alentours sont variées et toutes très belles. Toutes les informations concernant le logement sont claires et utiles. La cuisine est plutôt bien équipée et la salle de bain pratique. très bonnes facilités de rangement.

Cons: Nous aurions préféré que le surcoût dû à l'augmentation des tarifs de l'électricité soit directement inclus lors de la réservation de la location. Il est désagréable et peu pratique d'avoir à laisser 95 livres en liquide lors du départ. Attention l'appartement est au 2e étage et les escaliers sont assez étroits et raides (monter les bagages peut être un problème).
