Leo's birthday trip.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, everything is thought of. Shoe rack at the front door, coat hooks on bedroom doors. Comfy and warm bedrooms, nicely sized living room with nice sized sofas, kitchen with all the utensils you need to cook and serve a meal. Great welcome pack, just lots of little thoughtful touches.

Cons: Nothing not to like about this place.

Lovely, comfortable apartment in a great location for visiting York's attractions.

Pros: We loved the location. It was a short, enjoyable walk into York City centre which took about 25 minutes. The apartment was opposite the racecourse with lovely green spaces around it.

Cons: Nothing really - we loved it!

A lovely, homey flat with everything we needed

Pros: My partner and I stayed at the Nest for a few nights, and we had a great time! Everything with the flat was great - it was a lovely, cosy base for our trip to York, very quiet and far back from the road, but also close to the bus stop for getting into the city centre. The space was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed (including the best kitchen knives we've ever had in a holiday rental!), and the host had left some tea/milk/wine for us on arrival, which was a really nice bonus! All of the communication was quick, and check-in was really easy/self-serve. Overall we had a lovely stay, and would definitely come again!

Perfect

Pros: Perfect cosy 2 bed apartment, lovely little welcome pack provided. Jan has thought of all needs from plenty of kitchenware, loo roll, even hand wash!

Cons: That we couldn't stay longer!

Pros: Location is great just a short walk from the centre of York. Was exactly what we needed.

Pros: Great location as could park for free and then 20 minute walk into the centre of York. Very comfortable and great value for money. We're a family of 4, my kids loved the Viking and train museums. This flat was well located, clean and comfortable.

Perfect stay, would definitely use again and recommending to friends.

Pros: Fantastic location, 20 minute walk along a beautiful safe road into centre of gorgeous York. Opposite Race Course. Cosy beautiful decorated rooms and living room/kitchen to all enjoy family time together. Super safe parking. Really lovely finishing touches like chocolate hearts ❤️ on our pillows ( near Valentine’s Day)

Peaceful and cosy stay away

Pros: Really lovely little property. We had a great stay. It’s very peaceful and in an ideal location. Bed was very comfy and place was kitted out well.

Cons: We were supplied with tea but would have loved some coffee. Was no worry though as there is a corner shop less than a 10 minute walk away :)
