Christmas present of 4 nights in Lodge with hot tub

Pros: Lovely clean modern lodge. Calming outlook and wildlife. Very hot hot tub too.

Cons: Nothing really just no frying pan lol

Pros: The place was easy to find from the motorway and the lodge was warm inside on arrival. It had everything we needed and is well laid out. The lodges are quite close together but it still felt private as you can't see the neighbours (unless they walk or drive between your lodge and the lake). The hot tub was hot and bubbly. We saw several staff, all very pleasant. Uber drivers had no trouble finding us at the main road and dropping us at the lodge.

A nice short stay .

Pros: Lovely location, the lake view was amazing, the privacy of the estate was lovely, the locstion to nesrby ameneties eas great ..

Cons: No one checked our jacuzzi, on a daily basis, it was written in welcome pack that they would check on it daily, it also had way too much clorine in it. Bathrobes would have been nice , and appropriate to walk outside. Considering the lodge was very tidy .clean, and well presented the bathroom let it down very dissapointed in the shower .

Great Location

Pros: Location was perfect. Nice to relax or for fishing. Good location to be able to use park and ride for York.

Cons: Only some small details no plug for kitchen sink and no lock on bathroom door. Nothing hardly worth mentioning.

Perfect

Pros: Well equipped lodge, very clean and comfy. Hot tub maintained beautifully. Excellent location near supermarket, racecourse and park and ride into York.

Nice stay in a beautiful setting

Pros: Property was in a really nice location, comfortable and clean, could do with a little tlc, but nothing major. Stayed for Christmas and it was brilliant.

Cons: Not a con or negative about the stay, but arriving when it’s dark, you can’t see the speed bumps that were very harsh on the bottom of the car, maybe some signs to warn they are there would be a good addition.

Pros: We loved how cosy and clean it was, it was in a great area and the hot tub was great

Cons: The door to get in was very dodgy (cabin number 4) and also there was no welcome pack or anything on how to use the hot tub or where to leave our keys etc when checking out
