Cozy pretty cottage with all amenaties

Pros: Thoughtfully presented with everything to make a stay very comfortable . Milk in the fridge and a cake was a lovely thought

Pros: Chapel Cottage is a cosy, well-equipped place in a peaceful village with pubs and shops just a short walk away. Perfect central location for exploring Leeds, York and Whitby. The thoughtful welcome of a homemade cheese scone, condiments and essentials was such a lovely touch. Everything you need (and more) for a relaxing stay!

Lovely village great food in local pubs would definitely go again

Pros: Very clean cosy and warm lively host made a big cake for us left milk and bread suger and tea bags so was nice to find

Cons: It’s to far of main link and major roads Could have done with a dryer had a washing machine

Convenient and clean

Pros: The house was great, good amenities, host was lovely and made us feel welcome. There were also a few choices for good food right on the doorstep.

Cons: Quite a small house but that was okay for two nights.

Pros: Nice cottage,situated in a pretty village,nice touches with the milk,cake and sloe gin Near bus stop,buses run every hour into york

Cons: Parking on the main road,as its very busy with tractors and combine harvesters and lorries,not a lot of room,when they come through Bathroom was very cramped,would have been better with a shower unit,then there would have been more room for a toilet and wash basin

Pros: Beautiful little cottage, in a lovely village, pub with excellent food just across the street, 2nd pub/restaurant just up the road, Indian and fish and chip shop also in the village. Most are dog friendly.
