Only stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting our daughter for her 31st birthday, wish we had longer

Pros: Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Food was fantastic in the restaurant/bar and the breakfast in the morning had plenty of hot and cold choices.

Pros: The location, facilities, food, room -all were teriffic.

Cons: One particular staff member extremely rude, indifferent to the issue with absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Made no effort to try and assist with a problem and rolling eyes when I asked for a manager to assist. Thankfully...all other staff we encountered were brilliant. Couldnt fault anything else.

Nice stay

Pros: Great location for meeting with family from Leeds and Horsforth

Cons: Table booking , we were allowed three hours , hotel stayed that the hotel was busy on the Sunday evening

Worth the money, would definitely stay again!

Pros: Breakfast was good. The room key didn't work due to the door connection being out of battery but the receptionist was very helpful in getting us into the room! Bed was good, very comfy pillows!

Cons: Didn't stay long enough to see things we didn't like! We had a very late check-in and earlyish departure so couldn't say.

You won't want for anything at Village!

Pros: I loved the warm welcome on arrival - friendly staff who explained everything we would need for a great stay. Clean, spacious, well designed rooms with comfy beds/pillows. Everything on site after a long drive from London. Did not need to leave until check-out! Wellness facilities for only £5 extra per room.Really appreciated the call a few days before check-in talking about this add on.

Cons: Parking was tricky for a Friday night due to the facilities on site: Starbucks, pub/grill, darts lanes, pool/gym etc. It meant dropping the bags and waiting for a parking space. Single beds should be bigger considering the size of the rooms, although we did have a great night. More room would be appreciated.
