I wish I had booked more nights!

Pros: Great location for a walk to Richmond with fabulous views. Beautiful renovation of the church. Will definitely be recommending to all my friends.

Cons: Nothing could improve.

Fantastic - Would like to go back

Pros: Great location- Stunning building if you admire heritage and history like me :) All facilities are almost brand new, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the local attractions and activities. The lug burner was a bonus

Cons: The kitchen is small, but I think it worked well considering the limited number of guests that can stay in the lodge

A quirky, well converted, special place.

Pros: Lovely, spacious and modern yet sympathetic to original features and purpose. Melanie was a fabulous host and nothing was too much trouble. The log burner was toasty and warm. We couldn’t have enjoyed a cheeky night away any more than we did!

Cons: Couldn’t fault anything… an 11am checkout would be good- but our arrival time was very flexible so we didn’t mind (and we made the most of visiting Richmond for breakfast the next morning!)

Delightful - but see two elements to think about

Pros: This is a seriously good property, and with the exception of the two points below, utterly impressive. Super friendly and helpful staff! Really interesting location. Magnificent restoration.

Great mini break- walking trip. Quirky accommodation but absolutely fabulous. Definitely coming back

Pros: What a gem of a place! Lovingly restored and repurposed village church to a very high standard throughout. Super comfortable with well equipped kitchen. A perfect place to rest and recover after long day cycling!! Also highly recommend the village pub. Will return for sure 😀
