Ideal for a short stay for either business or leisure.

Pros: The menu was excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. All the staff were very kind, helpful and friendly.

Cons: The cold weather didn't help! At first the room was too cold but then once heated was too much over night with the very comfortable thick duvet.

Great stay with helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: Small but clean and adequate room. Great Breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities and enjoyed using the bar in the evening. Highly recommend.

Cons: The shower was difficult to adjust temperature on, it was scalding hot. Reported the issue and the receptionist got a service engineer on the case.

Expectations exceeded beyond expectations

Pros: Everything from reception to the room to the food was perfect. I arrived earlier than planned and reception kindly held my bags. I returned later on to check and a very enjoyable keenly priced dinner. And breakfast was even better again. All the staff were friendly, kind and made me feel valued as a guest.

Clean welcoming hotel with a hearty breakfast

Pros: The hotel was easy to find just off the M62. Good amount of available parking The room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely. I would certainly recommend the hotel and will stay again when we visit the Halifax area. Many thanks to the staff
