Pros: Good Breakfast and staff were really helpfull and lovely

Cons: The room was freezing- we had snow. The blow fan was inadequate.

Pros: Clean, comfortable with good wifi and free parking. There was even a simple cooked breakfast not simply he continental one advertsided.

Cons: The route to the hotel by car is awkward and it is situated by a busy road though the noise levels were not intrusive.

Pros: Exactly as pictured. Clean smart simple and well thought out. As a disabled user - beds / sleep is very important. Bed was super comfortable beating many five star hotels and challenging premier inn beds/sleep. Staff friendly and breakfast was great - simple, good range and cooked very well.

Cons: City based - so traffic and other guest room noise carried into room a lot.

Pros: The hotel was comfortable. The staff were amazing, very helpful, polite and welcoming. The room was comfortable although I think two people would have found the space a little cramped. Room was serviced every day. Great parking. Breakfast included, although fairly basic, sausage, egg, beans, yoghurt, hot drinks, cereal, toast. It was hot and well prepared. Loved the heating and aircon in the room. Warmed the room within minutes. Shower was also hot and large. Fridge in room was very helpful and I used this a lot. Very large Tesco over the road, town centre 20 minutes walk away. Lots of electrical points in the room which again very helpful. Good lighting. Blind at window. Did not experience any noise at night, slept well.

Cons: Shower plugs and shower heads were dirty. There was nowhere to sit for a 'chat' with colleagues in the evening - we had to go out. Breakfast area was cold, so had to wear coat. Strange unpleasant smell from shower plug. Colleague reports smell from her toilet floor. Corners in room and area where bin is not cleaned properly. Needs a proper smoking area - lots of people smoking just outside the main entrance, which was unpleasant to walk past. No chair in room - just a plastic stool so had to sit on the bed to work. Crossing the main road to the shops was difficult as no pedestrian crossing without a long walk in the wrong direction. Not the hotel's fault. Poor flush on toilet but suspect thats more to do with plumbing and being on top floor - nothing too concerning, just took a while to re-fill. On the whole, just little gripes rather than complaints
