Holiday Inn Express Bradford City Centre by IHG

Excellent

Pros: Staff helpful and friendly clean warm and comfortable

Exelent hotel friendly staff do anything to help you brilliant buffet breakfast and clean and comfortable beds

Pros: Staff rememberd us from before gave grandkids a complimentary drink of pop very warm welcome and friendly staff

Cons: Very clean

Always welcoming!

Pros: I've stayed here before and, just like last time, the room was very comfortable and the staff endlessly helpful. The location near the Interchange station is also excellent. The inclusive breakfast is a real bonus.

Cons: One thing that was mentioned by an earlier customer is a problem. Despite the room being very reasonably priced, food and drink (breakfast excepted) are rather pricey and the choice of food limited. This has come to be a problem with the closure of so many restaurants nearby.

Pros: The staff were friendly N, very attentive. There were two people who stood out more. The reception staff and the supervisor who was on 1st March on the restaurant floor. She is and was brilliant. Nothing was too much for her. She had a black white jumper yesterday.😀

Cons: There is no fridge in the rooms.

Staff fantastic, helped make it extra welcoming for my boys with some snacks and a nice personalised letter

Pros: Good location, things to do and places to eat right outside

Cons: Sofa bed mechanism was easy to knock against when set up as a bed

Pros: Convenient location Cheap parking Clean Friendly staff breakfast included in price Good value

Pros: Nice staff well located breakfast very good value for the money would come back

Cons: Nothing happy

Pros: The rooms were large, clean and comfortable Breakfast was fantastic Nice staff Bar and dining area was clean and well presented

Well looked after

Pros: Staff were very accommodating considering we arrived past midnight they made us feel welcome and were very helpful and chatty, cheers lads

Cons: Cant fault anything very good value for money and breakfast included, spot on for 48£

I would stay again but would bring portable light from home so I could work in room.

Pros: Room was warm and clean, good shower and comfortable bed. Gave me a free toothbrush as forgot mine. Lifts were fast. Housekeeping did a great job, made up room everyday. Cheap car parking.

Cons: Very poor light in the room - could not work in room as just not enough light even with desk light on. Non of the ports for re-charging worked. Wifi was hopeless - constantly dropping out to the point of complete frustration. No bacon at breakfast - said they had run out and would take at least 20-30 minutes to cook some more. No fried or boiled egg, no porridge, no crunchy nut cornflakes no yoghurt except natural to mix with fruit. No food takeaways/ food outlets close by - except Nandos - had to walk into town centre or eat in hotel which proved to be very expensive with very little choice as they had run out of most of the menu. Not enough plug sockets could not have kettle and phone charger plugged in at same time. Laptop had to be plugged in away from desk away.
