Fantastic charming warm hotel

Pros: Charming, excellent location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast.

Cons: Not a big problem at all but we found the room a bit too warm for us and struggled to cool it down. We opened the window for a while but mindful that is a bit wasteful energy wise.

Good location and great welcome by staff

Pros: Lovely peaceful place to stay. Great welcome by staff. Comfortable rooms and we had a good night’s sleep. Good location to be able to walk to a choice of places to eat.

Cons: I found it was a bit difficult to get the shower temperature to stay warm. The buffet breakfast was not very warm. I did suggest on checkout when the hotel is quiet it may be better to cook the breakfast to order. There was only the three of us in the dining room when we went down for breakfast at about 07.45 and when we left there was only two more people arrived. There were no lids on the cooked breakfast items and none of the items were changed whilst we were there. To save waste and ensure the cooked breakfast is hot we would prefer to wait for it to be cooked. We appreciate a buffet breakfast works if the hotel is busy.

Lovely old place with lots of character and lovely staff

Pros: Loved the history of the building and the original fixtures and fittings. Full of character and enjoyed that there was an info sheet on the history of the building and the area.

Cons: Creaking floorboards meant that we were woken early by the people upstairs moving about, but that wasn't a huge deal. Did find it very difficult to get the shower temperature to a normal level. Took a really long time to change temperature when turning the taps. Akbar made it unusable

A lovely stay - would thoroughly recommend Hayley’s hotel.

Pros: A beautiful hotel just a few minutes walk from Headingley high street. Really comfortable bed, extremely clean and well presented.

Overnight stay

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for one night. Breakfast was delicious and nice and relaxed. The location was perfect for our needs. Parking was good as well. Thank you everyone for a great stay.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Teadional old school hotel in Old building. Lots of period features and quirks. Lots of parking, and location excellent. On a quiet road just off the main road through Headingly.....which rocks as location with lots of pubs and restaurants and other fun stuff.

Lovely friendly Hotel in good location

Pros: Friendly helpful staff who kindly said our daughter could join us for Breakfast as she lives nearby in Headingley. The Breakfast was nice & fresh & plenty to choose from. Bed was comfy & bedroom nice & clean & warm. Would certainly return to thus Hotel.

Old school charm.

Pros: Fabulous location. Charming, old fashioned and unique. A refreshing change from bland, modern hotels. We had the four poster bedroom, very spacious and comfortable.

Cons: It is quite dated, but that is part of it's charm.

Unique hotel full of character

Pros: Warm, inviting and peaceful. Our turret room was spacious and and it was great to have, both a bathtub and separate shower.

Cons: We liked it all. If breakfast could be pushed to 10am on a weekend that would be an added bonus ;)
