An enjoyable stay , a very good night sleep , very clean room and the host was very helpful .

Pros: Very good location to where k needed to be and easy to get to. The room had everything that I needed , very clean , the bed was very comfortable and having the tea & coffee making facilities was a bonus ! The host was very helpful too . There are 2 parking spaces at the property you can pre-booked and off street parking is also available. I will return to stay again on my next visit to Leeds .

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Great place to stay over night and would have been happy and comfy to stay longer.

Pros: Perfect stopover whilst visiting family locally. Comfy bed, good sized room and everything you needed. Very peaceful so a good night's sleep.

Very nice night

Pros: The room was very nice, and the building was easy to find and access. The bed was very comfortable, and the place was a very short walk from the train station.

Cons: The strike plate on the bathroom door was broken, but didn't really cause a problem.
