Excellent location and facilities

Pros: Very clean and the facilities were good, lovely hamper on arrival. It was also really quiet. Good views from the windows and it was really nice hearing the chimes from the Minster. Excellent location, so close to everything.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. Had a very enjoyable stay.

Cons: Bathroom ceiling too low for me - I am 6’4” and my wife 5’5” and we both had to duck down to use the toilet Bed was too low to the floor and not easy to get out of Both issues to be mentioned on booking the loft

Pros: Great location, excellent facilities and very clean.

Cons: It would be good to have parking on property as parking did cost £60 for the stay but the car park was literally a stones throw away so very convenient and safe

Very relaxing and peaceful

Pros: Spotless and clean, close to all attractions including railway station, quiet apartments, felt safe.

Cons: All the stairs but the clue was in the name of the apartment (The Loft) just didn’t realise there would be so many. Not sure what the arrangements would have been if there was a fire as I noticed the fire escape ladder didn’t reach up to The Loft.

Pros: Great location, very close to walk into town. Nice welcome pack with tea, coffee, wine, biscuits, crisps and chocolates. However carting our luggage up 4 flights was difficult, husband had to do all of this. The last flight is also very steep and winding. Bathroom had a very pitched low roof, as this apartment is a converted loft space. Very clean, comfortable. No parking available in the street. There is a car park at the end of the street (have to pay), but you have to get it out by 9am, or you are charged a hefty fee. We did however find a street four blocks away heading out of town on the right, that we could leave the car overnight as long as we moved it by 10, parking was restricted to 1 hour 9-5. Wouldn't stay here again because of the 4 flights of stairs.

Perfect stay in a beautiful property in a wonderful city.

Pros: Lovely property. Perfect for a stay close to the city centre, but still lovely and quiet. Comfy sofa to relax after lots of walking around the city. Lovely comfy bed. Had an issue with lack of hot water, but this was soon put right - so all good.
