Fountain Apartment No 4 with Free Parking

Very enjoyable and we would book again

Pros: Location was great - 10 minutes to minster. Free parking was a big bonus. Apartment was easy to find and access and very comfortable.

Cons: The shower and surrounds would benefit from a deep clean, ditto the toilet seat fittings. Overall everything was clean, just a little bit of attention to details would be good.

perfect locaiton and great flat to stay in

Pros: stayed in the same block of apartments before and this location is just perfect. Just outside walls, tesaco shop below, parking and one of the best italian restaurants across the road. Will continue to book these whenever we visit york.

Cons: only small issue we had was the bedding for the sofa bed, only had a thin duvet and no underblanket that we could find. also the double is a small double in one of the rooms, not a huge issue though.

Great location.

Pros: Lovely big apartment, great location only a ten min wander down into center, beds were super comfy, a lovely weekend was had! Would definitely recommend and return. Very happy indeed.

Cons: If nit picking it was slightly noisy through patio doors when closed, still not an issue tho! Other observations were No ice compartment in fridge but above a tesco so just bought fresh each day lol! Need a toilet roll holder in bathroom. If showering on a night time you run out of hot water, no issues on a morning tho.

Loved it , we would stay again and would recommend it to friends and family

Pros: The property was a great location, the city centre was only a short walk away. The apartment was bright, clean and the balcony was a nice size. It was also very helpful to be allowed to drop off our cases earlier than check in.

Cons: Everything was great but it would have been nice to have a full length mirror somewhere and small things like hooks for towels and toilet roll holder . Generally we were very happy.

Perfect getaway, we'll definitley be back!

Pros: It was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. Great location, easy access and great value for money

Cons: Nothing at all

Already booked again. Wish we had discovered this years ago!

Pros: The private parking, the comfy beds, the big telly, the great location.

Pros: Clear easy to follow instructions on how to locate, park and enter the property. We arrived early and entered the car park early. Lovely big bathroom, plenty of hot water to accommodate my adult girls, my husband and I as we were in York for a wedding but made a weekend of it. Perfect location, towels included too. clean *TIP -the forks are under the spoons you have to lift out the spoons to find, which I didnt till day two. I'd definitely come back. Could do with a full length mirror though.

Pros: The apartment was lovely and clean and was perfect for our group of friends, the location was perfect with the shops and pubs near by and the short walk to get to the more main streets. The parking is an amazing addition to have and the Instructions to get to the car park and to get into the property were simple but effective.

Cons: N/A

A lovey city break with everything on our doorstep.

Pros: Perfect location. Great to have a balcony. Good size rooms. Nice shower. Reserved parking - they sent us a video of where the parking was which helped. My mum struggles to walk too far, so this was ideal location and we didn't have to walk to far for all the York attractions.

Pros: Brilliant size bedrooms and plenty of space inside the property and very modern inside

Cons: Was a bit of a dodgy area but still not far to the city center so cant complain too much
