Fantastic place to stay really good location.

Pros: Location, price, cleanliness great communication, very accommodating and very pleasant with great service.

Cons: Size of yard is extremely small for dogs, really poor oven, back door sticking, mattress and little hard.

Pros: Brilliant location, so easy to walk into town, by the river or around Museum Gardens. Having two bathrooms was great. Nice sitting area and kitchen/dining area. Quiet neighbourhood. Great pub nearby.

Cons: Both beds were 5ft/150cm, which felt very narrow. Both bedrooms could take wider beds. The downstairs toilet didn’t stop running. More crockery/glasses would be good.

Pros: GREAT location, only a short walk into the city centre

Cons: It was clean but there was an empty vape liquid bottle in the bedside table drawer - just a little detail that should’ve been checked

Pros: Loved the location only 10 minutes walk into York, it was a very cosy house and perfect for our needs.

Cons: There were a few little things There was no bin bag in the bin No hand towel in the downstairs bathroom The fridge did have mould on the bottom shelf

Great location, super clean and comfortable with fantastic owners!

Pros: The property was immaculate and the owners were super friendly and helpful. The cottage has great facilities with both bedrooms being ensuit and lots of communal space downstairs

Amazing cottage walking distance from York.

Pros: We loved this cottage. Had everything you needed. Close to york city center. Would defo stay here again.

Cons: It has a little court yard that is unusable, would look nice with a lick of paint and possibly table and cpl chairs. Bed in our room small double. We are not the slimmest of people, made it very cosy let's say.
