Great value for money! Staff went above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable.

Pros: The proximity of the pub was great as we went to Fountains Abbey. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t so enough.

Nice rooms above a pub

Pros: Great location Lovely staff Overall very nice and comfortable rooms with a very nice bathroom

Cons: The rooms are not soundproof very well, you can hear noise from neighbouring rooms or the pub downstairs. Our room only had one lamp on the nightstand, would've preferred one on each side

Pros: The room was lovely.. better than expected. The staff were warm and welcoming, we chatted with them for a while. We had a roast Dinner it was delicious and a breakfast in the morning.. We would return here again.

Cons: We stayed on a Sunday . Would have liked the bar to be open a little later.

Perfect stay

Pros: I stay here after a long conference day and I was perfect. The room was beautiful and peaceful, even had a bath tub and the food and staff were lovely. The car park was a good size, plenty of room. Definitely would stay agsin

Great value for money

Pros: Good location close to Ripon and the A1. Breakfast was very good. Decent beers on tap including Old Peculiar which is always a plus point for me!

Cons: A lot of road noise from a surprisingly busy road. The bedding was old, something your granny would remember, but that's it really.

Family friendly accommodation.

Pros: From the moment we entered the accommodation the staff were very helpful and friendly nothing was to much trouble.The beds were very comfortable and the rooms very clean.

Cons: The bathrooms needed freshening up.
