Pros: The hotel was really good and in a fantastic location in the middle of town. I was particularly grateful for the free allocated parking space just across the road. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and plenty of cupboard space. Flat screen TV and free WiFi. There is a well stocked bar downstairs with a great atmosphere in the evenings. Lucy was very friendly and made us feel welcome right from the start. We have found \

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Really relaxing stay in a lovely hotel in beautiful Skipton. Would recommend it as a base.

Pros: Right in Skipton with short stroll to town centre, canal and woodland walks. Really nice room with great bathroom. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Cons: The only issue we had , which probably is out of the hotel's control, was the church clock chiming every 15 minutes throughout the night. Disturbed our sleep enormously. We couldn't understand why the chiming didn't stop during the night. Nothing negative to say about the hotel.

Great place to stay close to the town.

Pros: The room was lovely, spacious and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. Parking was just across the road and it is a short walk into town. Check in was easy and our host was friendly and welcoming.

Cons: The bells at the church across the road chime every 15minutes and ring the hour all night. It didn’t bother my husband and he slept right through but I struggled to get back to sleep after waking in the night. It was worse the first night of our stay so maybe I had gotten used to it on the second night! I would stay here again but next time with ear plugs.

Cons: We liked everything

Pros: Close to the centre of town. Check in and check out was easy.

Cons: Located at a busy junction and with no double glazed windows was very noisy even into late evening and from early in the morning. Hot weather and no AC meant that we had to have windows open too. Oh, and the church bells across the road chimed every quarter through out the first night.
