Newsham Grange Farm

Really enjoyable would stay again and would recommend

Pros: Lovely location. Room was big, clean and beds very comfy. Had everything we needed. Host was very friendly and made a fab breakfast. We also enjoyed the hot tub

It was a wonderful relaxing stay. Very welcoming. Loved it

Pros: The breakfast was fabulous and the location was great. Lots to do

Great value for money, high quality bedroom furniture and a great breakfast!

Pros: The breakfast was top class, perfectly cooked by Sue. And Sue is a great host. Although we didn't use the \

Cons: All was fine, no issues.

Pros: The breakfast was outstanding, good quality food, lovely choice. Our room was very stylish, exposed beams, lovely quality bedding, and the most gorgeous fluffy towels, which were great size. Drinks tray with tea, coffee, hot chocolate & biscuit each. Rooms were very warm. We got to use the hot tub. We had it to ourselves, lovely settings. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely return.

Cons: Personal preference a would like a king size bed..

A wonderfully warm, comfortable, and memorable stay that truly felt like a home away from home.

Pros: Newsham Grange Farm was an absolute delight from start to finish. Sue is incredibly kind and warm, and from the moment we arrived it genuinely felt like we were staying with family rather than at accommodation, such a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely and beautifully done, and it was a real highlight to meet George the dog, who instantly made us smile. The bed was delightfully comfy, ensuring a fantastic night’s sleep, and the bathroom was impressively modern, with the nicest underfloor heating that felt like a real luxury. A particularly thoughtful touch was the gorgeous pin map in the dining room showing where guests are from - it was so interesting to see, and you can really tell how much the business means to the owners. Be sure to tell Sue where you’re visiting from so you can add your pin; it’s a small detail that perfectly captures the care and pride behind Newsham Grange Farm.

Cons: We did have a little initial difficulty knowing exactly how to check in, but that was entirely on us - we were simply nervous about barging straight up to what is clearly a family home. Once we realised how welcoming and relaxed everything was, it quickly became a non-issue, and we felt completely at ease.

Pros: Friendly host, spacious room, delicious breakfast, very comfy mattress.

Cons: Quite draughty below the window frame
