Gorgeous setting. Lovely welcoming staff. Delicious food.

Pros: Beautiful peaceful location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

Cons: A slight mixup on arrival which I think could have been avoided if they had just asked my name! Understandably you can’t eat in the gorgeous dining room if you have your dog with you.

First class stay .. we will be back

Pros: Beautiful location off a small road by bridge near the river Nidd. All the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely break.

Fabulous country living!

Pros: A wonderful old country hotel of great character in an idyllic location. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The food is excellent with a wide choice and an interesting wine list. We loved our stay here and look forward to visiting again.
