Pros: The area was beautiful, nice walks, not too far from local amenities. The staff were amazing, great customer service, some of the best I have ever encountered, they deserve a 10**** . Nothing too much trouble for them.

Cons: The rooms would appreciate an update, but all in all very comfortable.

Pros: Great stay again at the Britannia hotel. Highly recommend. Great staff comfortable rooms and beds... Looking forward to staying over again very soon.

Very good. Would consider staying again when flying from Leeds Bradford Airport.

Pros: I thought the hotel excellent and was more than pleased with my room. I spent a very comfortable night before my journey home after my holiday. The breadfast was amazing served by a friendly chef. Since I tend to travel by public transport, I was pleased that the bus stopped outside to take me into Leeds for my onward journey to Wakefield.

Cons: The hotel was a little off the beaten track from the airport and an expensive airport taxi was the only transport available to take me to the hotel after my flight. I'm afraid I didn't enjoy the evening meal at all. I ordered bangers and mash and it was very salty and sloppy. I ended up leaving most of it. This was a shame since I was looking forward to a pleasant evening meal.

Would gladly stay again

Pros: It was a last minute thing to stay overnight rather than going home. A warm welcome by the lady on reception is always a good thing. A quick check in then to a good sized room and a big bed & a single. Plenty of tea/coffee/ milk etc and good curtains to keep out the light.Good choice of tv channels. Great location from nearby airport.

Cons: Its a bit tired,could do with a spruce up,especially the bathrooms
