Spacious room.with great view

Pros: The location, the building, great size room, big bed, quiet, lovely view over the canal. Very welcoming staff

Cons: Not over keen over the decor of the room ,very dark room and strange wallpaper. The bedding was not the softest

Pros: We stayed for the night and it was very comfortable, had everything you needed in the room, the breakfast was excellent.

Cons: If would of been better if you had a magnifying mirror in the bathroom as lighting is dull, but this is just a suggestion.

Pros: Dropped points due to no parking. Staff are great, breakfast is great, hotel is nice, room was big etc. Hotel is slightly out of the centre but a lovely Georgian building and well within walking from everywhere of note.

Cons: No parking or gym.

Excellent location, price and facilities

Pros: the location and price is excellent. My daughter is at the uni in Leeds and we have used this twice when we have come to see her. We are intending on using it throughout her time in Leeds.

Cons: love the rooms but the room we were in was quite cold and the heating / temperature guage on the wall made little or no difference - no matter how high we put it up, it was still cold

Fantastic Hotel

Pros: Just a brilliant stay - staff lovely and very attentive, great room, great bar - breakfast was amazing (seems pricey but you get £15 to spend at the bar included) Location is great in city centre but very peaceful once inside the hotel
