Spot.on.

Pros: The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, the bed was lovely and the location close to the centre of Leeds made it perfect for exploring the city. We'd definitely recommend it and stop here again.

Cons: Nothing at all, everything met or exceeded out expectations.

Amazing location, friendly team and great value

Pros: The team were extremely friendly, assisted us promptly and were very smiley. The rooms were clean and comfortable! The view was great. The location was spot on for us, a shop, a couple of bars before our concert and a walkable distance to the centre

Great hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Extremely happy with my choice of hotel.

Pros: Property is clean, modern and close to all major amenities. Upon walking into the recreation area I was sure that it was a much more luxurious and expensive kind of hotel. On that note I found the hotel magnificent value for money. I arrived early and the gentleman on reception let me check in early and go up to my room. When my friend arrived his room wasn’t ready so the wonderful lady on reception upgraded him free of charge due to the inconvenience. Wonderful stash and facilities.

Cons: There was nothing I could put here.

Nice hotel and great location

Pros: Great customer service, good location from the city centre and a good place to stay if doing the Otley run. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. Overall a nice stay

Cons: You could hear a lot of noise through the windows, I was on the very top floor and could still hear noise, the toilet also kept making glugging noises randomly throughout the night

This was the first time at a Leonardo Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect.

Pros: I was upgraded free of charge to an executive room. I enjoyed the free contents of the minibar and selection of hot drinks provided and the complimentary chocolate. The bed was comfortable and the room was well equipped with everything I needed.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit tired, the toilet seat cheap and flimsy and the shower curtain was a bit short. There was a loud humming noise which disrupted my sleep somewhat.
