Good experience

Pros: Neat, quiet and clean room, hassle+free checkin. Very central.

Easy to find, great value!

Pros: Clean and well-appointed room with extras like an ironing board. Nicely decorated and friendly staff at the Viaduct Showbar downstairs.

Cons: The mattress was a little uncomfortable.

Pros: The decor was great, really funky. The little balcony was lovely.

Cons: The stairs to the bathroom were a bit tricky after a few bevvies!!

Perfect location, cute hotel

Pros: The location is amazing, Call Lane is only a 2-minute walk away, and there are plenty of bars and places to go right on the road where the hotel is located. The parking was also very convenient, about a 3-minute walk from the hotel. It is quite expensive (we paid £36 for less than 24 hours), but I believe the hotel has a deal with the car park, so it’s definitely worth asking at check-in. As soon as you walk in there’s a refreshment section with a sink, cups, tea, etc., which is a really nice touch. The vending machine is super useful too, has alcohol in it, which is perfect for pre-drinks. It’s reasonably priced as well (I paid about £6 for a BuzzBall). The rooms were super clean and the bed was really comfortable. Overall, perfect for the price. Super easy check-in as well.

Cons: The lighting in the room wasn’t ideal as there was no main overhead light, which made it quite difficult to get ready. There was also only a very small mirror in the bathroom, as two girls trying to get ready, it made things pretty much impossible, so bear that in mind and maybe bring your own mirror. No glasses were provided in the room either (although there are cups in the refreshment area), which was a bit inconvenient, especially since we were in room 16 which is the furthest away. These are only minor things, but they could have made our stay that little bit better.

Great location, funky property, would stay again!

Pros: Stayed in the town houses, great location!! Great value for money!

Cons: Could have benefited from a bathmat for the shower, and a hand towel to dry hands at the sink.

It was a really really nice place to stay and would definitely stay again.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The location, the easy process of checking in and out. The staff were really lovely too.

Cons: The lack of lighting in the room was slightly inconvenient

Pros: It was a quaint room, didn't know what to expect when walking up the stairs, surprisingly spacious bathroom with shower. Comfortable and loved the lighting.

Cons: We couldn't get the TV to work, only wanted to watch some normal TV for a little while.

The room and hotel were really nice and unique, so much attention to detail. Loved it!

Pros: Really quirky and unique hotel, the room was beautifully decorated and very cosy. This hotel is really good if you’re looking for something a bit different and memorable. Genuinely really enjoyed my stay and felt very safe as a woman staying there solo :)

It was great and would love to stay again

Pros: Rooms have great wow factor. The bed was really comfortable. The location is perfect for a late night out.
