Hotel Indigo Leeds by IHG

Pros: Fantastic location clean lovely staff especially bradley definitely recommend and will be staying again

Great reception and rooms but breakfast needs to improve

Pros: Super convenient. Very comfy rooms with lovely bed.

Cons: Breakfast could be improved on the basis that the staff need to keep an eye on the buffet and have a second tray of cold cuts and meats ready rather than taking it away to replenish. Perhaps some more fruit would be good and freshly fried bacon, softer mushrooms. Scrambled eggs too oily.

Pros: Personell from booking to checking out was really really good

Cons: Reception

Lovely stay.. central.. amazing staff

Pros: Central location … lovely and clean .. very helpful pleasant staff

Cons: Small detail was the view out of the window was the back of the hotel which was a bit noisy would of liked a different outlook

Excellent

Pros: Everything from the staff, room neat, food excellent

Cons: N/A

Pros: Centrally located, clean and comfortable rooms and the staff at both reception and the restaurant were exceptional

Really great Hotel, with great staff. Very clean and great interior decoration.

Pros: Staff were great, room size and decor lovely. Very comfortable bed, plus they had decorated room as we were celebrating our 40th Anniversry of going on our first date in Leeds.

Cons: The only place to hang clothes were on a bar next to the kettle and drinks area, when there was a great space next to the window.
