It was a short but enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend to others.

Pros: Clean, comfortable room; excellent communal facilities; enjoyable breakfast; highlight was the friendliness and professionalism of support.

Cons: A long check-in and check-out; one room was not as booked (double rather than twin) but quickly changed.

Cons: For the price & star rating. No biscuits on the tea tray, also had to request replenishment of the tray. For 4 star, should be replenished daily when the room is occupied

Pros: Good walking distance into town. Spacious, clean, warm room. Lovely bar and reception area, plenty of parking. Didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on that but the decor was beautiful.

Cons: We had tea and coffee but a few treats would have been welcome, like biscuits and bottled water. Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room too.

Pros: Overall, the hotel left a positive impression. The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable, and the location was very convenient — only about a five-minute walk to the city centre. Having parking available at the hotel was also a significant advantage.

Cons: However, there were a few disappointing points. Breakfast was rather underwhelming: the selection was limited, the meat was not very juicy, and the coffee was of very low quality. A more serious issue occurred after breakfast. When we returned to the room, housekeeping knocked, and before we even had time to respond, the door was opened within seconds. Seeing our surprised reaction, they said they wanted to clean and immediately left. This was very unpleasant and, in my opinion, unacceptable, as guests should always have enough time to answer the door — I could easily have been stepping out of the shower at that moment. I hope the hotel reviews its procedures to ensure guests’ privacy is properly respected.

Pros: Well stayed here for one night and what a beautiful hotel from walking in the door till we lefted all the staff were amazing, are room was lovely bed could of been better, the breakfast was amzing and we will come back
