Cons: An old building can be a little noisy from traffic at the front , not sure what they can do tho as it’s an older quirky building

Pros: The room was lovely and the breakfast was amazing. Enjoyed an afternoon in the lounge room playing chess!

Perfect location to enjoy the beautiful Knaresborough or to jump on a train to York.

Pros: Really close to train station, close to centre of town, great selection on teas, coffee and hot chocolate in the room, bed was really comfy and plenty of clean towels. Great breakfast selection, something for everyone, we’re not veggie or vegan but was nice to see they were catered for too. They were happy to do a bespoke breakfast for our fussy daughter too!

Cons: Quite a late check in time, and the car park is a little way from the actual hotel to carry your luggage (not a huge distance!) and the snack bar which is a great touch i must say didn’t actually have any of the savoury snacks listed on the price list in the room.
