Superb. Definitely recommend to stay in this lovely pub

Pros: Lovely pub downstairs with a great menu and selection of beers. My room was located up two flights of stairs but was exceptional . Very clean and smelt lovely! My bed was huge. Light switches in all the right places. Spotless bathroom and a fridge! On arrival I received a warm welcome with everything explained. I was asked if I would like to have fresh milk put into my refrigerator. Great selection of quality biscuits - Kit Kats etc. Nice selection of coffees and Yorkshire tea. Decent sized kettle that you can actually fill easily! Staff were brilliant. I ordered my evening meal at the bar and the manager arranged for it to be covered and wrapped so I could take it to my room to eat. No request too big. Staff were generous with their time and extremely polite and courteous. This little pub knocks many big city hotels into a cocked hat! 10/10. Definitely recommend a stay and I would certainly love to return when next in Knaresborough.

Pros: Perfect location for attending the xmas markets. Lovely comfy bed and everything and more in the room including a fridge.

2 night stay in Knaresborough.

Pros: Central location which was very handy. Room was clean and comfortable with a large bed.

Pros: Ideal spot, centre of everything, staff were very friendly and helpful, food was really good

If you want a base that is central and clean and tidy then this is the place.

Pros: Very central, short term car park outside and long term car park about 300 metres away, at £2.10 for 24 hours.

Cons: We were put on the top floor so had two flights of stairs. This would not normally be a problem except my wife just sustained a knee injury so struggled to get up the stairs. For me, being 6 foot tall the shower within the bath meant the shower head was a little low for me so struggled a little there.

Pros: Staff lovely, rooms nice , good location , nice food.

Cons: Could do with towel hangers in bathroom. Was in room 1 and big bathroom but no were for towels

Pros: The location right of the centre of knaresborough. Clean room and good shower .

Cons: The room was very hot and couldn't turn heating down, but they were fixing the issue .

Pros: Location, value for money & room/bathroom sizes

Cons: Room was very warm & couldn’t lower temperature with the radiator valves.
