Excellent! Dog friendly. Will stay again.

Pros: Excellent location between the train station and town centre. We were travelling with our dog, and the personalised service he was offered was very sweet and appreciated. Super comfortable bed. We regretted that we were not able to stay another night.

Lovely stay, great location and close to the train station.

Pros: Location is great. View of the Minster from our window which was great. Also appreciated getting vouchers for their bar when we agreed to no housekeeping for the duration of our stay.

Cons: Nothing. Only minor thing was that we went up to the rooftop bar but were unable to sit outside. I imagine it was closed due to it being winter, but being Scottish we would have been quite happy to sit outside and enjoy the views properly!

Two nights of luxury

Pros: The Gold Lift to the rooftop bar was quirky and made me smile. The beds are deluxe and the walk in wardrobes and bathroom were excellent. Harley was so helpful and lovely. Location super and central.

Cons: The breakfast prices were pretty extortionate and some of the staff didn't really explain their system Coffee and pain au chocolate £14 (the staff could of explained that more could be gotten for this price)

Pros: We loved everything about from the hotel itself to the amazing staff and wonderful food

Cons: There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t dislike about this hotel. Everything was perfect

Hotel was fantastic the room I booked was worth the money , stayed in the club room, room was huge and very comfortable.

Pros: Malmaison hotel was very good big clean presentable good valve for money would definitely stay again.

Pros: Near all the amenities. Not far from the station Good for everything!

Cons: The music in the morning at Breakfast Wish it hadn’t been as loud and thumping!

Great weekend away!

Pros: It was overall a gorgeous hotel, we had a fantastic room and the beds were so so comfy! Bar and restaurant in the lobby and on the top floor there is another bar and restaurant. Not far away from the centre either, easy to get to everywhere and is right across from the train station
