Pros: Lovely warm welcome, superb location and powerful shower. Very entertaining welcome guide!

Cons: The first night we left the heating on and it was stifling but we turned it off the next night and slept better.

Clean, comfortable and roomy accommodation. Can't comment on food/breakfast as we didn't partake.

Pros: Spacious freshly decorated room and large modern en suite. Comfortable beds. Off street parking.

Cons: Room door opened onto side of bed and had to be opened 180 degrees to get into room. Was on third floor and large single glazed window overlooking rear of property not good if you don't have a good head for heights!

Perfect home from home! I will only stay here when visiting York! I feel like family!

Pros: Beautiful property, ideal location, spacious and clean! Comfort rooms with everything you need. They really have covered everything possible!

Cons: Everything was wonderful, the only thing I was sad about was I didn’t realise we needed to pay to use the jacuzzi and sauna which I didn’t budget for. I had been before and there wasn’t a charge so I wasn’t prepared. Honestly though it didn’t spoil our stay in the slightest and next time I will be happy to pay!

The perfect stay for a trip to York!

Pros: A fabulous stay at Hedley House Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The walk into town was lovely (there were 2 routes which were both very scenic). No noise from outside except the odd train. Comfy beds and nice bathroom - couldn't have asked for more! Would 100% return back here!

Pros: All staff were really friendly and helpful. Beds are lovely, soft and clean in a really good sized room. Great location. Having the private car park was great. The massage we had was so relaxing then going in the hot tub and sauna.
