Great stay at a lovely hotel

Pros: Great location, a couple of minutes walk from York Minster. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms. Car Park was very handy. Breakfast was lovely and included in the price of the room, it was great to have the option for cooked breakfast as well. Very good shower and modern bathroom.

Cons: Had to pay £10 for parking as I didn’t book direct with hotel which I wasn’t aware of when booking but it was still not a bad price and more convenient than parking in town.

Just stayed one night but it was a very pleasant stay.

Pros: Great location - walking distance to the Minster and the Railway Museum. On-site parking, room was quite spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.

Fabulous hotel & lovely break away.

Pros: All staff were pleasant & professional, the whole hotel was clean & tidy. We had a refurbished room which was excellent, with an extra king bed & tea/coffee making facilities. Toiletries also provided. The bathroom was really nice & the walk in shower was great with 2 shower heads & a large area to shower. The breakfast was phenomenal with loads of choice & full English cooked to order. Excellent location, 5 min walk to the Minster & into the centre. My partner & I really could not fault this hotel & will definitely be back.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Lovely comfortable stay and a short walk from the City Centre.

Pros: We loved the comfort of our room. The breakfast room is lovely and welcoming and the food very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. We will stay there again.

Beautiful stay in york

Pros: Everything there was so lovely. Breakfast was lovely and it was nice to be able to take off what I wanted on the cooked breakfast and add extras. Staff was lovely and always asked if we slept well or had a lovely day when we arrived back at the hotel

Cons: Bed was alittle hard but im going to put that down to personal preference as my husband found the bed very comfortable
